Outstanding, again.  These guys (and Gals -- Pam, Office Manager) are just awesome.  This trouble was a bit tougher to diagnose, but they stuck to it and figured it out and I am up and running again.  Symptoms/error code on control board within furnace unit showed something wrong with ECM Blower motor.  However, ended up being a control board.  Did take a couple of days to get resolved, but I am okay with that as there was constant communications and my expectations correctly set.  All commitments stated were followed through on.  Highly recommend this organization to anyone looking for new system, service after the sale, or even additional duct work.   A+++++++++ work, and commitment to service after the sale (warranty).  Kudos to Amana/Goodman as well backing their product. After calling 6-7 other A/C companies it turned out that ACLV was the only one that would come out to give me an estimate and not charge me for it.  Only one other company would come out, and they wanted to charge me for the estimate. One company that only accepts cash turned out to be the highest estimate Everyone else was more than happy to quote prices over the phone but wouldn't come out to give an estimate. Will from ACLV showed up for the estimate as scheduled.  Early even.  I can't tell you how much that means to me.  I absolutely HATE being kept waiting especially when I am spending this amount of money. After taking some measurements and checking my old unit and the size of my air returns we sat down to take a look at the pricing.  Everything was all laid out by manufacturer and SEER ratings with the complete installed prices.  Yes, I said it.  The complete installed prices. My old unit qualified for a rebate from the utility company if I upgraded to a higher SEER unit from the base 13 SEER unit.  Will even explained to me that it really only made sense to upgrade to the higher priced unit if I was staying in the home.  Not to bother with the increased price if I was going to be selling within the next 5 years.  Honesty?  An A/C company?  Color me confused..... I am staying in the house for the foreseeable future so I opted for the higher priced higher SEER unit.  A Trane.  ACLV is taking care of my rebate. I have to do nothing but appreciate the reduction in price.  No rebate to wait for.  It is taken care of. ACLV was the least expensive of all the companies I contacted.  They were also the only ones willing to give an in person estimate without charging. Basically, no surprises.  Straight forward.  Paid exactly what I was quoted. No hard/up selling.  Just a good experience.

Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air and our house was at 85 degrees at 10pm. Yikes! My husband called ACLV the next day to see if they could come give our a/c a look at. They said they would be by the house between 1-3pm and they showed up by about 12:30pm. Stan was the tech that came out and he was very friendly and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He made sure that I didn't have any questions and even talked to my husband on the phone to make sure he didn't have any questions. At that time, I got estimates from three different companies, mainly because I needed a professional diagnosis of the damage this former friend caused. ACLV had the least expensive price. A competitor even told me the ACLV price was great. They came while I was at work & had my new unit going by the time I got home. That brings us to today. My heater was not turning on. I called last Monday to make an appointment for today (Saturday), in between 9am & 11am; however, the very sweet receptionist was trying to schedule me right away. The technician arrived around 930am, diagnosed what he thought was the problem from inside my house, climbed up on the roof & repaired what he confirmed to be the problem. He was very polite & knowledgeable. He had wrapped everything up by 10am, charged me $49 (which is also the service call fee) & now I'm getting a little toasty in my bedroom. I only wish I had gotten names. I'm very impressed with the company & would definitely recommend.

This was after going through Hell the summer before when our home warranty company sent out the worst ac/heating unit there can possibly be(no names just be advised that Russian is the primary language). We have 2 older dogs and 1 is diabetic so the stress form the heat really wasn't good for either. Anyway, after an entire freaking month of excuses and re-do's, and $1200 out of pocket, our AC was working. One year later, go to turn it on for the first time and ....NO JOY! Blowing nice warm air. Call the same rude, incompetent co that did such a fine job the prior year and was told , no warranty have to pay. Ha...NOT going thru that again. Our AC was 23 years old so we decided to go with a new system. So we called around for some estimates, ACLV being one of them. My initial contact was with Daryl, (he's no longer there) and he was great. It was a Sunday and he had no problem spending the time expaining everything and answering all of our questions. Long story short we went with ACLV and glad we did. Not only did they get out the day after we said do it they also included a Fall checkup and a Spring/Summer check. The installation was perfect and awesome. And everything works better than it ever did when brand new. Yeah I know technology has advanced this past quarter century but still....When we called to get out Fall maintenance done Laura was awesome. Sorry I don't know the tech they sent but the wife said he was very professional and took the time to make sure everything was running properly. Yes we recommend this company, the price, quality and professionalism is just as it should be. You can't go wrong and 2 of my friends used them after hearing our story and are just as pleased. During a routine check up of our AC system, the company who performed the check up informed us that our unit wasn't doing so well and needed to be replaced. After giving us a completely outrageous quote, we called ACLV for a second opinion. We spoke with Mike, the manager and he confirmed the unit in fact was on its last legs and it wouldn't be long. Since their quote was half as much for the same service, we decided to go with them. Mike and his team replaced the old unit with the new unit quick and efficiently. They explained everything as it was happening and in no time we had a new unit. We are very impressed with Mike and the staff at ACLV and will use them for all our heating/ cooling needs. I had my rooftop HVAC unit replaced by ACLV after a now former friend attempted to repair my old unit, but set it on fire instead. That was about five years ago. At that time, I got estimates from three different companies, mainly because I needed a professional diagnosis of the damage this former friend caused. ACLV had the least expensive price. A competitor even told me the ACLV price was great. They came while I was at work & had my new unit going by the time I got home. That brings us to today. My heater was not turning on. I called last Monday to make an appointment for today (Saturday), in between 9am & 11am; however, the very sweet receptionist was trying to schedule me right away. The technician arrived around 930am, diagnosed what he thought was the problem from inside my house, climbed up on the roof & repaired what he confirmed to be the problem. He was very polite & knowledgeable. He had wrapped everything up by 10am, charged me $49 (which is also the service call fee) & now I'm getting a little toasty in my bedroom. I only wish I had gotten names. I'm very impressed with the company & would definitely recommend.

To be honest I'm late with this review. This past May when we turned our AC on for the first time there was no joy. This was after going through Hell the summer before when our home warranty company sent out the worst ac/heating unit there can possibly be(no names just be advised that Russian is the primary language). We have 2 older dogs and 1 is diabetic so the stress form the heat really wasn't good for either. Anyway, after an entire freaking month of excuses and re-do's, and $1200 out of pocket, our AC was working. One year later, go to turn it on for the first time and ....NO JOY! Blowing nice warm air. Call the same rude, incompetent co that did such a fine job the prior year and was told , no warranty have to pay. Ha...NOT going thru that again. Our AC was 23 years old so we decided to go with a new system. So we called around for some estimates, ACLV being one of them. My initial contact was with Daryl, (he's no longer there) and he was great. It was a Sunday and he had no problem spending the time expaining everything and answering all of our questions. Long story short we went with ACLV and glad we did. Not only did they get out the day after we said do it they also included a Fall checkup and a Spring/Summer check. The installation was perfect and awesome. And everything works better than it ever did when brand new. Yeah I know technology has advanced this past quarter century but still....When we called to get out Fall maintenance done Laura was awesome. Sorry I don't know the tech they sent but the wife said he was very professional and took the time to make sure everything was running properly. Yes we recommend this company, the price, quality and professionalism is just as it should be. You can't go wrong and 2 of my friends used them after hearing our story and are just as pleased. Absolutely very impressed with this company ! We called on Thurs. morning about a problem we were having with our 3 ton unit. Robert came out that afternoon to check it out, we ultimately decided to replace it and our 20yr. 4 ton unit, he gave told us the cost and we had both air/heat units were installed Friday. All the workers were very professional and friendly. We have 6 units on our property and will definitely use this company for "any" problems and service we made need in the future. Great company ! I bought an AC unit and had it installed by this company a few years ago and had a great experience. I am currently in the process of buying a new house and the AC units were not working right. My agent had a company come out to fix them and when I did the final walk through they were still not working. I called ACLV to come and take a look and they did a thorough inspection and told me what the problem was. This company is honest and an absolute pleasure to work with. Outstanding, again.  These guys (and Gals -- Pam, Office Manager) are just awesome.  This trouble was a bit tougher to diagnose, but they stuck to it and figured it out and I am up and running again.  Symptoms/error code on control board within furnace unit showed something wrong with ECM Blower motor.  However, ended up being a control board.  Did take a couple of days to get resolved, but I am okay with that as there was constant communications and my expectations correctly set.  All commitments stated were followed through on.  Highly recommend this organization to anyone looking for new system, service after the sale, or even additional duct work.   A+++++++++ work, and commitment to service after the sale (warranty).  Kudos to Amana/Goodman as well backing their product. After my original rooftop A/C unit worked hard for a full 21 years I decided that it was time to let her retire. After calling 6-7 other A/C companies it turned out that ACLV was the only one that would come out to give me an estimate and not charge me for it.  Only one other company would come out, and they wanted to charge me for the estimate. One company that only accepts cash turned out to be the highest estimate Everyone else was more than happy to quote prices over the phone but wouldn't come out to give an estimate. Will from ACLV showed up for the estimate as scheduled.  Early even.  I can't tell you how much that means to me.  I absolutely HATE being kept waiting especially when I am spending this amount of money. After taking some measurements and checking my old unit and the size of my air returns we sat down to take a look at the pricing.  Everything was all laid out by manufacturer and SEER ratings with the complete installed prices.  Yes, I said it.  The complete installed prices. My old unit qualified for a rebate from the utility company if I upgraded to a higher SEER unit from the base 13 SEER unit.  Will even explained to me that it really only made sense to upgrade to the higher priced unit if I was staying in the home.  Not to bother with the increased price if I was going to be selling within the next 5 years.  Honesty?  An A/C company?  Color me confused..... I am staying in the house for the foreseeable future so I opted for the higher priced higher SEER unit.  A Trane.  ACLV is taking care of my rebate. I have to do nothing but appreciate the reduction in price.  No rebate to wait for.  It is taken care of. ACLV was the least expensive of all the companies I contacted.  They were also the only ones willing to give an in person estimate without charging. Basically, no surprises.  Straight forward.  Paid exactly what I was quoted. No hard/up selling.  Just a good experience.

Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air and our house was at 85 degrees at 10pm. Yikes! My husband called ACLV the next day to see if they could come give our a/c a look at. They said they would be by the house between 1-3pm and they showed up by about 12:30pm. Stan was the tech that came out and he was very friendly and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He made sure that I didn't have any questions and even talked to my husband on the phone to make sure he didn't have any questions.
