The beginning of every installation starts with a consultation. This gives us the ability to assess your needs and make sure we make the right recommendation on a new System for your home. it is our goal to make sure that we take the extra step and look for circumstances that other people may miss. We can check your home for ductwork issues, make recommendation for improving your indoor air quality, and make sure that you get a maintenance plan to make sure that your system runs like they day you bought it for a long time.
The day of your installation our professional and trained installers will arrive and make sure we go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. We use drop cloths and booty’s while we are in your home. We do our best to make sure that our presence leaves as little evidence as possible. In the case we need to remove drywall or trim to get the unit into your attic, we make sure that it’s fixed to your liking by our handyman. We strive for 5! When your installation is over, we want you to feel like you got more than you paid for!
Several days after your installation, we follow up with a quality control call. We want to make sure that the unit was running to your expectations. We love feedback and this is the time we ask to see if there is anything or anywhere we fell short of expectations! We also help register your unit to make sure you utilize the warranty to it’s fullest term. And last of all, we ask for a review. We want an honest answer on how we did, could we improve and making sure we put our best foot forward!
